Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or food service preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills

Job Qualifications

- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas
- Prepare product according to standards
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete paperwork
- Clean equipment and facilities regularly
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Effective verbal, writing, and telephone skills
- Eye-hand coordination and motor skills to handle tools and equipment
Job Duties
- Responsible for all aspects of store operations during shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations
- Set a positive example and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Manage staffing and employee scheduling
- Complete paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Oversee food management and store cleanliness
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive marketing initiatives and store profitability
