Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in restaurant team leadership preferred
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • strong people skills
  • punctual and reliable
  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • ability to meet tight deadlines
  • pass background check
  • at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Inspire and support team to provide excellent service to customers
  • lead and motivate team to create a positive customer experience
  • maintain adequate staffing by scheduling, interviewing, and hiring team members
  • ensure cleanliness and safety by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
  • assist in operations management including inventory control and record keeping
  • adapt to support team members in their roles
  • resolve customer issues and employee concerns calmly
  • provide coaching, training, and feedback to develop team skills
  • build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
