- ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Inspire and support team to provide excellent service to customers
- lead and motivate team to create a positive customer experience
- maintain adequate staffing by scheduling, interviewing, and hiring team members
- ensure cleanliness and safety by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
- assist in operations management including inventory control and record keeping
- adapt to support team members in their roles
- resolve customer issues and employee concerns calmly
