Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year of management experience in fast-food or restaurant industry
  • ability to work 50-hour work week
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • capability to handle customer service situations professionally

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
  • provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
  • manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals
  • coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
  • support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
