Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- five years of experience in the restaurant industry including two years in supervisory roles
- capable of working a flexible and varied schedule based on store needs
- strong understanding of and dedication to food safety
- Servsafe certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire

- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- experience with ordering inventory management financial tracking and management
- experience hiring training and terminating staff based on needs and performance
Job Duties
- Recruit train and supervise restaurant staff
- create employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times
- handle paperwork and other administrative duties
- maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary
- manage the budget and keep relevant statistical and financial records
- ensure that the restaurant complies with all health safety and licensing regulations
- handle complaints conflicts questions and suggestions from restaurant patrons and employees
