Job Duties

  • Assist in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
  • contribute to strategic sales plans and reviews
  • assist in forecasting, budgeting, scheduling expenditures, and fleet maintenance
  • support guest base growth through customer service and identifying opportunities
  • recommend fleet and service options based on market research
  • identify and target group guests to generate business
  • utilize prospecting resources to secure business
  • follow up on business inquiries and leads
  • manage business operations coverage and schedules
  • assist in field management during Area Manager absences
  • ensure compliance with laws and company policies
  • achieve revenue and sales goals
  • maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • perform other duties as directed
