Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be ServSafe certifiable
- ability to perform under pressure in a high volume fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- comfortable working in varying temperature ranges
- willingness to work around allergens such as nuts
- effective communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience
- previous quick service restaurant experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven track record of managing COGS and labor effectively
- strong knowledge of safe food handling practices
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
- strong hospitality and customer service skills
- effective trainer and coach on restaurant routines and customer interaction
- excellent management skills including employee coaching and conflict resolution
- highly organized and detail-oriented
- proficient with computers and Point of Sale systems
- adaptable and willing to follow company standards
- integrity and honesty in work
Job Duties
- Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts
- strive for operational levels that meet or exceed fan expectations in quality, service and atmosphere
- accurately complete designated duties such as inventory control, ordering of products, cash control
- ensure shift leads and crew are trained on PRIDE systems, routines, product recipes, food safety and restaurant safety practices
- assist in executing the restaurant's business plan by analyzing cost of goods sold (COGS), labor, and sales
- maintain inventory and labor adjustments based on demand projections
- ensure cash control and security procedures are followed
- develop and implement strategies to increase average meal checks and fan visits
- ensure fan service meets or exceeds company standards
- handle customer concerns and complaints promptly
- motivate and develop shift leads and crew to build a productive team
- participate in hiring, training, coaching and new hire orientation
- create and maintain employee schedules
- maintain positive working relationships fostering a cooperative and pleasant work environment
- comply with health, safety and sanitation standards
- enforce safe food handling practices
- maintain a safe and secure facility
- assist in store marketing activities, promotions and community programs
- perform other duties as requested by the General Manager
