Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Display drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently
- Successful completion of background check
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers to fulfill their hunger needs and make a difference in the community
- Lead and inspire your team to ensure customers have a positive and inviting experience by providing positive feedback and setting goals
- Maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in the development of weekly team schedules, interviewing, and hiring new team members
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean and provides a safe environment by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
- Assist in restaurant operations management including inventory control and record keeping
- Support your team’s abilities by being adaptable to various situations and handling customer needs
- Provide coaching, training, and positive feedback to develop your team’s professional and personal skills
