Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Display drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers to fulfill their hunger needs and make a difference in the community
  • Lead and inspire your team to ensure customers have a positive and inviting experience by providing positive feedback and setting goals
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in the development of weekly team schedules, interviewing, and hiring new team members
  • Ensure the restaurant remains clean and provides a safe environment by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
  • Assist in restaurant operations management including inventory control and record keeping
  • Support your team’s abilities by being adaptable to various situations and handling customer needs
  • Provide coaching, training, and positive feedback to develop your team’s professional and personal skills
