Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand for long periods up to 10 hours
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Maintain compliance with training certification requirements
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Compliance with company and legal policies regarding food health and safety
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance
  • Avoid use of personal electronic devices while on duty
  • Demonstrate teamwork and sense of urgency
  • Adhere to company handbook and manuals policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Experience in team leadership or management preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Leads crew members and directs daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager including supervising and training employees opening and closing the store ensuring all food preparation is complete managing employee breaks and shift changes
  • Motivates and coaches crew members and assists in training new crew members
  • Excels in performing all crew member tasks including makeline cut table monitoring ovens packaging products quality check and order accuracy guest relations
  • Follows Marco's procedures for preparing dough sauce and toppings and correctly making all Marco's products
  • Operates machinery in accordance with safety requirements and applicable laws
  • Maintains cleanliness of the store
  • Supports team members in completing their tasks
  • Assists the General Manager with scheduling ordering and team development
  • Ensures compliance with safety laws and company policies
  • Maintains preventative maintenance of facility equipment and grounds
  • May assist in recruiting interviewing and hiring crew members
  • Maintains fast accurate outstanding service and excellent guest experience
  • Completes all assigned duties
