Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years of age
  • ability to work full-time with flexible availability
  • strong work ethic and team leadership capabilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and labor management
  • ability to maintain high service standards
  • good problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • must be eligible to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • outgoing and personable with excellent customer service abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in quick-service restaurant environments preferred

Job Duties

  • oversee daily operations alongside the general manager
  • hire, train, and develop restaurant staff
  • maintain the quality standards and customer service excellence of Ivar's
  • monitor and ensure unit profitability
  • enforce company policies and procedures
  • assist in scheduling and labor cost control
  • manage customer relations and resolve issues promptly
