Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- outgoing and personable with excellent customer service abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in quick-service restaurant environments preferred
Job Duties
- oversee daily operations alongside the general manager
- hire, train, and develop restaurant staff
- maintain the quality standards and customer service excellence of Ivar's
- monitor and ensure unit profitability
- enforce company policies and procedures
- assist in scheduling and labor cost control
- manage customer relations and resolve issues promptly
