Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in quality, service, and cleanliness
- Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- Maintain an accurate and ongoing staffing needs plan
- Interview prospective employees and follow staffing procedures
- Develop all team members by providing ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- Enforce sanitary practices and maintain high health inspection scores
- Ensure compliance with Moe's and Sterling operational standards
- Manage food flow from ordering to serving to ensure quality and minimize waste
- Ensure proper security and safety procedures
- Complete necessary reports for any guest or employee incidents
- Manage financial responsibilities including sales, labor hours, and cost controls
- Complete all financial reporting accurately and timely
- Conduct effective shift management
