Job Requirements
- Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development
- Strong, excellent, and effective people-oriented relationship skills
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and prepare sandwiches
- Display drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in working scheduled shifts
- Experience leading diverse teams in a restaurant capacity preferred
- Adequate driving record including valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently with various personalities
- Background check completed satisfactorily and be at least 18 years old
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers
- Lead and inspire your team to ensure customers have a positive and inviting experience by providing positive feedback and setting goals
- Maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in weekly team schedules, interviewing, and hiring new team members
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean and provides a safe environment by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
- Assist in restaurant operations management including inventory control and record keeping
- Adapt to various situations to support team members in meeting customer needs
- Remain calm and utilize knowledge to help diffuse and resolve customer and employee issues
- Provide coaching, training, and positive feedback to develop team members’ professional and personal skills
- Build positive and inspiring relationships with customers and coworkers
- Have fun at work
