Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers
- Lead and inspire your team to ensure a positive and inviting customer experience
- Maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in scheduling, interviewing, and hiring
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
- Assist in inventory control and record keeping
- Adapt to various situations to support your team's roles
- Remain calm and resolve customer issues and employee concerns
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to develop team members
- Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
- Promote a fun and engaging work environment
