Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks
  • Display drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility
  • Experience leading a diverse restaurant team preferred
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Pass a background check
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers
  • Lead and inspire your team to ensure a positive and inviting customer experience
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in scheduling, interviewing, and hiring
  • Ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
  • Assist in inventory control and record keeping
  • Adapt to various situations to support your team's roles
  • Remain calm and resolve customer issues and employee concerns
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to develop team members
  • Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Promote a fun and engaging work environment
