Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in accomplishing area sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
- Assist in achieving area sales operational goals by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans
- Assist in meeting area sales financial objectives by forecasting, budgeting, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions, and maintaining the fleet
- Support growth of guest base by counseling guest service associates, building rapport with key guests, identifying new guest opportunities, and delivering exemplary service
- Recommend fleet and service improvements by identifying new opportunities and tracking consumer trends and competitors
- Identify and target group guests to generate business without conflicting with FBO efforts
- Utilize prospecting resources to solicit and secure business
- Follow up promptly on all business inquiries and leads to generate revenue
- Ensure business operations are covered at all times with appropriate staffing
- Manage field operations in the absence of the Area Manager
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, local laws, FBO and hotel requirements, and company policies
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales goals including outside sales calls and prospecting
- Adhere to and enforce all Go Rentals policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
