Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • six months supervisor or manager experience in a high volume restaurant or retail environment
  • basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Suite
  • ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • solid work ethic and decision-making skills
  • self-starter with minimal supervision
  • flexible rotating schedule availability
  • basic math and communication skills
  • superior customer service skills
  • strong supervisory, diplomacy, and listening skills
  • hardworking and energetic
  • ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • ability to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl

Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • supervisor or manager experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

Job Duties

  • Drive club metrics in alignment with business performance
  • develop knowledge of club services, programs, and products
  • assist in interviewing and recruitment of front desk and fitness instructors
  • monitor inventory and sales with General Manager
  • uphold company standards and lead by example
  • ensure punctuality, dress code compliance, friendliness, and cleanliness
  • develop and maintain cleaning duties
  • coordinate disciplinary actions with management and HR
  • cover shifts as needed
  • oversee club audits
  • mentor front-end employees
  • perform other duties as assigned
