Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months supervisor or manager experience in a high volume restaurant or retail environment
- basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Suite
- ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- solid work ethic and decision-making skills
- self-starter with minimal supervision
- flexible rotating schedule availability
- basic math and communication skills
- superior customer service skills
- strong supervisory, diplomacy, and listening skills
- hardworking and energetic
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Drive club metrics in alignment with business performance
- develop knowledge of club services, programs, and products
- assist in interviewing and recruitment of front desk and fitness instructors
- monitor inventory and sales with General Manager
- uphold company standards and lead by example
- ensure punctuality, dress code compliance, friendliness, and cleanliness
- develop and maintain cleaning duties
- coordinate disciplinary actions with management and HR
- cover shifts as needed
- oversee club audits
- mentor front-end employees
- perform other duties as assigned
