Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or a related field
- demonstrated ability to lead a team
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- valid food handler certification preferred
