Job Requirements
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Suite
- ability to manage multiple responsibilities

- superior customer service skills preferably in fitness
- solid supervisory and diplomacy skills
- physical ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months supervisor or manager experience in high volume restaurant or retail environment
- familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Understand and drive club metrics in alignment with business performance
- develop knowledge of club services, programs and products as well as key competitors
- assist in interviewing and recruitment of front desk and fitness instructors
- monitor inventory and review sales numbers with General Manager to identify opportunities
- communicate and uphold company standards and lead by example
- ensure team punctuality, dress code compliance, friendliness and cleanliness
- develop and maintain cleaning duties for front desk and oversee overnight employees
- coordinate disciplinary actions and terminations with management and human resources
- cover shifts when needed
- assist in overseeing club audits
- mentor front end employees to promote career growth through training and performance assessment
- perform other duties assigned by the Club Manager
