Job Requirements

  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Suite
  • ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • solid work ethic with strong decision-making skills
  • self-starter with minimal supervision
  • comfortable with flexible rotating schedule
  • basic math and communication skills
  • superior customer service skills preferably in fitness
  • solid supervisory and diplomacy skills
  • physical ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months supervisor or manager experience in high volume restaurant or retail environment
  • familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • flexible availability

  • associates degree preferred
  • 6 months supervisor or manager experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred 1 year
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • bi-lingual preferred

Job Duties

  • Understand and drive club metrics in alignment with business performance
  • develop knowledge of club services, programs and products as well as key competitors
  • assist in interviewing and recruitment of front desk and fitness instructors
  • monitor inventory and review sales numbers with General Manager to identify opportunities
  • communicate and uphold company standards and lead by example
  • ensure team punctuality, dress code compliance, friendliness and cleanliness
  • develop and maintain cleaning duties for front desk and oversee overnight employees
  • coordinate disciplinary actions and terminations with management and human resources
  • cover shifts when needed
  • assist in overseeing club audits
  • mentor front end employees to promote career growth through training and performance assessment
  • perform other duties assigned by the Club Manager
