Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility
  • Background check completed satisfactorily
  • Ability to use hands to prepare food items
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently

Job Qualifications

  • Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development
  • Strong people-oriented relationship skills
  • Experience leading a diverse restaurant team preferred
  • Valid driver's license and insurance with adequate driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Inspire and support team to provide best customer service
  • Lead and inspire team to ensure positive customer experience by providing feedback and setting goals
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting with scheduling, interviewing, and hiring
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
  • Assist in restaurant operations management including inventory control and record keeping
  • Adapt to various situations to support team abilities and knowledge
  • Remain calm and resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns
  • Provide coaching, training, and positive feedback to team members
  • Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Have fun while working
