Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior management or supervisory experience in a restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and customers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
