Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferably in the pizza industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar assistant manager role
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in the pizza or restaurant industry preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and high-quality food
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Manage inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are on hand
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Lead the opening shift by supervising opening tasks including operating heavy machinery and cash handling
  • Lead the closing shift by supervising closing tasks including cash management, cleaning, and securing the store
