Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferably in the pizza industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar assistant manager role
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the pizza or restaurant industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and high-quality food
- Train and develop team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Manage inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are on hand
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Lead the opening shift by supervising opening tasks including operating heavy machinery and cash handling
- Lead the closing shift by supervising closing tasks including cash management, cleaning, and securing the store
