Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • some college preferred
  • minimum one year leadership experience with Burger King or comparable industry
  • proficient English language skills
  • proficient math skills
  • completion or willingness to complete Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training, and Serve Safe Essentials certification
  • completion or willingness to complete Anti-Harassment and HR Legal Compliance training within 60 days of start
  • ability to work long or irregular hours including extra shifts
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to handle customer service issues and complaints professionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • demonstrated leadership skills with at least one year of excellent performance in a Burger King restaurant or comparable retail/hospitality industry
  • proficient in English language for speech, reading, and comprehension
  • proficient math skills
  • completed or willing to complete internal certifications like Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Legal Compliance Training
  • ability to motivate and develop teams
  • strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance

Job Duties

  • Leads operations excellence by directing efficient product preparation and ensuring speed of service
  • motivates and directs crew and shift supervisors to exceed customer expectations with food quality and service
  • supervises and trains crew members and shift supervisors on product knowledge, policies, and processes
  • assists in profit and loss management including cash control, labor scheduling, inventory, and marketing plan implementation
  • ensures restaurant compliance with health, safety, employment laws, and company policies across shifts
  • manages customer feedback and resolves complaints promptly
  • maintains discipline and order among employees supervised
