Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience
  • Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members
  • Computer knowledge is desirable
  • Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
  • Physical ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Familiarity with computer systems and POS desirable
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Providing an excellent guest experience
  • Ensuring that great food is prepared and served
  • Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
  • Controlling inventory
  • Scheduling and supervising staff
  • Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
  • Being a team player
  • Managing a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work
  • Assisting in the planning of special events and promotions in restaurant, coordinating any training needed to make events successful
  • Assisting with product ordering and inventory as needed
