Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage all personnel on each shift including cashiers and cooks
  • Inventory management including food cost control
  • Ensure completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists
  • Hire and schedule staff to optimize guest experience and manage labor expenses
  • Balance daily cash drawers, safe, and credit card transactions
  • Operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goals
  • Maintain product quality standards and create a quality-focused store environment
  • Lead and coach team members to enhance their performance
  • Engage in front of house training and provide friendly, enthusiastic guest service
  • Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest areas
