Job Requirements

- Ability to lead and manage a team

- Ability to manage inventory and food costs
- Proficiency with point of sale systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Basic math skills related to cash handling
Job Duties
- Manage all personnel on each shift including cashiers and cooks
- Inventory management including food cost control
- Ensure completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists
- Hire and schedule staff to optimize guest experience and manage labor expenses
- Balance daily cash drawers, safe, and credit card transactions
- Operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goals
- Maintain product quality standards and create a quality-focused store environment
- Lead and coach team members to enhance their performance
- Engage in front of house training and provide friendly, enthusiastic guest service
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest areas
