Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability to work various shifts
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
- Capability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds for 30 minutes per shift
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push or pull with up to 20 pounds of force
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
- Good manual dexterity including grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects
- Prior retail experience is beneficial
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and interviewing preferred
- Experience handling food is a plus
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance

Job Duties
- Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations
- Hire, supervise and collaborate with staff to accomplish daily tasks
- Manage bookkeeping and merchandising activities
- Maintain high store standards and provide fast, friendly customer service
- Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Execute the store's food program standards
- Lead and motivate the employee team
