Job Duties
- Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers
- lead and inspire your team to ensure customers have a positive and inviting experience
- maintain adequate staffing levels by assisting in scheduling, interviewing, and hiring
- ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines
- assist in restaurant operations management including inventory control and record keeping
- remain adaptable to support your team in handling their roles
- resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns calmly and effectively
- provide coaching, training, and feedback to develop team members' skills
- build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
