- previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
- strong communication and leadership skills
- reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease
- comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
- willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- pass background check

Job Duties
- Support the GM in overseeing daily store operations
- lead and coach team members to meet performance goals
- assist with hiring, training, and scheduling
- monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly
- enforce safety, sanitation, brand standards and company policies
- supervise team members and assign shift tasks
- ensure quality, speed, and service standards are met
- open or close the restaurant based on schedule
- handle cash deposits and shift paperwork
- resolve minor issues and escalate when needed
- promote teamwork and a positive work environment
