Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 plus hours per week
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Manage all personnel on each shift including cashiers and cooks
- Inventory management including management of food costs
- Ensure all daily weekly monthly and quarterly tasks and checklists are completed correctly
- Hire and schedule staff to provide quality guest experience while managing labor expense
- Ensure daily cash drawers safe and credit cards are balanced
- Operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goals
- Ensure that all product quality standards are met
- Create an environment of quality within your store
- Lead a team well and coach the performance of others
