Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds repeatedly
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or food service experience preferred
- Experience in supervisory or management roles beneficial
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and teach a team
- Basic bookkeeping and cash handling knowledge
- Ability to plan, organize, and delegate tasks effectively
Job Duties
- Assist the Store Manager with oversight of store operations
- Hire, supervise, and work with staff to accomplish daily tasks
- Maintain bookkeeping and cash handling accuracy
- Lead execution of the food program to ensure quality and standards
- Provide fast and friendly customer service
- Display leadership, patience, and a sense of urgency
- Maintain safety and security within the store
