Job Requirements
- At least 1 plus years of full-service restaurant experience
- at least 1 year of kitchen or back of house experience
- demonstrated team leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- valid driver’s license
- availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

- commitment to providing a hospitable guest experience

Job Duties
- Supervise employees during scheduled shifts
- adhere to cash handling procedures
- open and close the restaurant
- conduct employee reviews in a timely manner
- keep the restaurant clean and maintained
- handle guest comments and issues
- adhere to standard operating procedures
- interview and train all hourly associates
- ensure safe food handling and safety practices
- manage miscellaneous projects assigned by the general manager
- make appropriate decisions during operational shifts
- orient new hires and support the employee handbook
