Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a restaurant operation
- preferably supervisory experience
- excellent communication skills
- ability to deal with all levels of team members
- physical ability to work any area of the restaurant including bending, standing, and walking during the entire workday
- ability to operate computerized POS system and cash register
- ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- providing an excellent guest experience
- ensuring that great food is prepared and served
- keeping the restaurant functional, clean and beautiful
- controlling inventory
- scheduling and supervising staff
- maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
- being a team player
- managing a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work
- assisting in the planning of special events and promotions
- coordinating training for events
- assisting with product ordering and inventory
