Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in a restaurant operation
  • preferably supervisory experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to deal with all levels of team members
  • physical ability to work any area of the restaurant including bending, standing, and walking during the entire workday
  • ability to operate computerized POS system and cash register
  • ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

  • providing an excellent guest experience
  • ensuring that great food is prepared and served
  • keeping the restaurant functional, clean and beautiful
  • controlling inventory
  • scheduling and supervising staff
  • maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
  • being a team player
  • managing a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work
  • assisting in the planning of special events and promotions
  • coordinating training for events
  • assisting with product ordering and inventory
