Job Requirements
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- ability to lift up to 50lbs
- ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching motions

- Experience in restaurant management
- strong leadership and team coaching skills
- knowledge of profit and loss management
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- competent in using restaurant management systems
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it
- understanding of food safety and workplace safety standards
Job Duties
- Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
- hire, train & coach the team
- utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
- implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
- set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- work with the General Manager to achieve high performance in operations, profit and loss, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control and workplace safety
- follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
