Job Requirements

  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
  • ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
  • ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
  • ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching motions

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management
  • strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • knowledge of profit and loss management
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • competent in using restaurant management systems
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it
  • understanding of food safety and workplace safety standards

Job Duties

  • Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
  • hire, train & coach the team
  • utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
  • implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
  • set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
  • work with the General Manager to achieve high performance in operations, profit and loss, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control and workplace safety
  • follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
