Job Duties
- Providing an excellent guest experience
- Ensuring great food is prepared and served
- Keeping the restaurant functional, clean, and beautiful
- Controlling inventory
- Scheduling and supervising staff
- Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
- Being a team player
- Managing a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work
- Assisting in planning special events and promotions
- Coordinating training for events
- Assisting with product ordering and inventory
