Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior retail or supervisor experience preferred
  • ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
  • ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for extended periods
  • occasional ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • capability to push or pull with arms up to 20 pounds force
  • ability to bend, twist, and perform handwork requiring eye-hand coordination

Job Duties

  • assist the Store Manager with oversight of operations
  • hire, supervise, and collaborate with staff to accomplish daily tasks
  • manage bookkeeping and merchandising activities

  • execute food program standards
  • provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • lead by example with urgency, patience, and leadership
