Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle food preparation

Job Duties
- Open and close the store with pride and precision
- lead the team on the mac-line and at the register
- interview, hire, and train new team members
- manage food and labor costs to hit store goals
- prep and cook mac and cheese creations
- jump in wherever needed
- maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness
