Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant front-of-house operations including service teams and assistant managers
  • Drive and build sales and profitability
  • Ensure guests receive excellent service and adhere to Underground Chuck's standards
  • Provide direction, training, and coaching to team members
  • Understand and implement restaurant standards, policies, and procedures
  • Foster a positive team environment focused on guest satisfaction and stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee operational procedures and shift positions
