Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- some college preferred
- minimum one year leadership experience in a BURGER KING Restaurant or comparable fast-food/retail/hospitality setting
- English language proficiency
- proficient math skills
- willingness to complete internal certifications including Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment Training, and HR Legal Compliance Training within 60 days
- ability to work long and irregular hours including extra shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- leadership experience with at least one year of excellent performance in a fast-food or comparable retail/hospitality environment
- English language proficiency for clear communication
- proficient math skills
- completion or willingness to complete internal certifications such as Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training, and Serve Safe Essentials
- knowledge of employment laws and policies
Job Duties
- Leads operations excellence by directing preparation and sale of products for prompt customer delivery
- motivates and directs crew members and shift supervisors to exceed customer expectations with food and friendly service
- supervises and trains crew members and shift supervisors on crew stations, products, processes, and policies
- assists with profit and loss management including cash control, managing labor, and inventory
- ensures restaurant compliance with government regulations and company policies
