Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- relevant experience in sales, management, production, and customer service
- strong communication and leadership abilities
- ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations
- completion of Krispy Kreme Management 101 training
- valid driving record meeting Krispy Kreme standards
- ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- availability for full-time work
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 75 pounds
- willingness to work in various environmental conditions

Job Duties
- serve as a role model for customer-first behaviors according to company standards
- build a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and measurement
- handle difficult customer situations professionally
- handle any customer complaints or concerns
- respond to customer inquiries on a timely basis
- ensure all products meet Krispy Kreme quality standards
- direct and manage store sales efforts, including promotions and retail sales
- work with the General Manager to achieve business plan objectives and profitability
- understand and implement procedures to maximize production efficiencies and control variances
- coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and minimize labor hours
- maintain store sanitation and safety standards
- oversee proper upkeep of store facility and equipment
- assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and dispute resolution
- supervise all shift personnel
- build a team of customer-focused employees and foster teamwork
- demonstrate leadership in employee development
- assist in managing income and expense budgets
- assist in completing financial and operational corporate reports
- manage inventory control and protect company assets
- communicate and model company standards and policies
- implement directives from management efficiently and effectively
- develop and maintain store organization to promote efficient operations
