Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Proper food handlers certification and alcohol dispensing certification if required by law
- Minimum 2 years restaurant experience preferred
- At least 1 year previous management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and health codes
- Ability to train and develop a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee team member execution and overall performance
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Manage in-house marketing initiatives and execute the rewards program
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- Coach and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain standards for food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
- Manage computer operations related to scheduling and reporting
