Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Proper food handlers certification and alcohol dispensing certification if required by law
  • Minimum 2 years restaurant experience preferred
  • At least 1 year previous management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • Ability to train and develop a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee team member execution and overall performance
  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage in-house marketing initiatives and execute the rewards program
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
  • Coach and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Maintain standards for food handling, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • Manage computer operations related to scheduling and reporting
