Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience
- Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members
- Computer knowledge is desirable
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized point of sale system/cash register
- Ability to stand, walk and bend throughout the workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Providing an excellent guest experience
- Ensuring that great food is prepared and served
- Keeping restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
- Controlling inventory
- Scheduling and supervising staff
- Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
- Being a team player
- Managing a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work
- Assisting in planning special events and promotions, coordinating training
- Assisting with product ordering and inventory as needed
