Job Requirements

  • eligibility to work in the United States
  • ServSafe certification
  • certified Moe's manager
  • previous restaurant experience
  • ability to perform physical job functions including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to multitask
  • availability for approximately 50 hour work weeks

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • previous restaurant experience is a must
  • knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
  • must possess a valid driver's license
  • must be eligible to work in the United States
  • must agree to a background check

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
  • ensure 100% guest satisfaction in quality, service, and cleanliness
  • provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
  • maintain an accurate and ongoing staffing needs plan
  • interview prospective employees and follow staffing protocols
  • develop all team members with ongoing feedback and performance reviews
  • enforce food safety and sanitary practices maintaining high health inspection scores
  • ensure compliance with Moe's and Sterling operational standards
  • manage food flow from ordering to serving to ensure quality and minimize waste
  • ensure proper security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
  • maintain a safe working environment and complete injury reports timely
  • manage effective shift operations
  • adhere to sales, labor, and cost goals
  • ensure accurate and timely financial reporting according to policies
  • maintain professional image including cleanliness and uniform standards
  • perform other duties as assigned or requested
