- previous restaurant experience

- availability for approximately 50 hour work weeks
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- previous restaurant experience is a must
- knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- must possess a valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- ensure 100% guest satisfaction in quality, service, and cleanliness
- provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- maintain an accurate and ongoing staffing needs plan
- interview prospective employees and follow staffing protocols
- develop all team members with ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- enforce food safety and sanitary practices maintaining high health inspection scores
- ensure compliance with Moe's and Sterling operational standards
- manage food flow from ordering to serving to ensure quality and minimize waste
- ensure proper security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
- maintain a safe working environment and complete injury reports timely
- manage effective shift operations
- adhere to sales, labor, and cost goals
- ensure accurate and timely financial reporting according to policies
- maintain professional image including cleanliness and uniform standards
- perform other duties as assigned or requested
