Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience
  • previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be ServSafe certifiable or certified
  • ability to perform under pressure in a high volume environment
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work in different temperature ranges
  • ability to work around allergens such as nuts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience
  • previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven track record managing COGS and labor effectively
  • strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
  • ServSafe certification or certifiable
  • customer focus and strong hospitality skills
  • ability to train and coach others on restaurant operations and customer service
  • excellent employee management and conflict resolution skills
  • highly organized and detail-oriented
  • proficiency with computers and point of sale systems
  • flexibility and adaptability
  • demonstrated integrity and honesty

Job Duties

  • Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts
  • strive for operational levels that meet or exceed fan expectations in quality, service and atmosphere
  • accurately complete duties such as inventory control, ordering of products and cash control
  • ensure shift leads and crew are trained on systems, product recipes, food safety and restaurant safety practices
  • assist in execution of restaurant business plan, including analyzing COGS and taking corrective actions
  • ensure fan service meets or exceeds company standards and address customer complaints promptly
  • assist in hiring, training, coaching and developing team members
  • maintain a positive work environment
  • enforce health and safety standards including food safety and sanitation
  • assist in store marketing activities as assigned by the General Manager
  • perform other duties as requested by the General Manager
