Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • some college preferred
  • at least one year of leadership experience in a Burger King or similar restaurant or retail/hospitality setting
  • proficiency in English
  • proficiency in math
  • willingness to obtain required internal certifications
  • ability to work long or irregular hours including extra shifts
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to uphold company mission and values
  • capable of managing restaurant operations independently when required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • some college preferred
  • demonstrated leadership skills with at least one year of excellent performance in a Burger King or comparable restaurant or retail/hospitality environment
  • proficiency in English communication
  • proficient math skills
  • completion or willingness to complete internal certifications such as Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training and Serve Safe Essentials
  • completion or willingness to complete Anti-Harassment and HR Legal Compliance Training within 60 days of starting
  • ability to motivate and lead a team
  • effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • knowledge of employment laws and policies

Job Duties

  • Leads efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt customer delivery
  • provides production direction to crew
  • identifies and resolves bottlenecks in food preparation and service
  • motivates and directs crew and shift supervisors to exceed customer expectations
  • handles customer complaints in a timely, friendly and professional manner
  • supervises and trains crew members and shift supervisors
  • delegates work to encourage teamwork and efficiency
  • sets goals and provides performance feedback
  • assists with recruiting and retention of effective crew talent
  • manages cash control and security procedures
  • creates crew schedules
  • assists in inventory management
  • applies financial reports to improve restaurant results
  • enforces compliance with government regulations, company policies, and food safety standards
  • maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • reports safety or security violations
  • educates crew on loss control procedures
  • ensures compliance during shifts
  • identifies indicators of compliance issues
