Job Requirements

- Knowledge of labor laws and health codes

Job Duties
- Oversee team member execution and overall sports bar performance
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the sports bar
- Lead in-house marketing initiatives
- Execute the customer rewards program
- Train and develop team members
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- Manage responsible alcohol service
