The franchisee running this establishment holds the license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, delivering the beloved McDonald’s experience to customers. However, all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, supervision, and scheduling, are handled solely by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and inventory management systems beneficial
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Follow up on performance and report results to other managers
  • Oversee Guest Service Department to maintain service quality and organization of front counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru
  • Ensure Kitchen Department delivers consistent quality food while controlling food costs
  • Manage People Department responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating staff
