Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management or similar role
- ability to work flexible shifts including day, afternoon and night
- proficiency in POS systems and computer use including email and spreadsheets
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- capability to manage budgets and financial records

Job Duties
- Builds teams by identifying, recruiting and hiring the best talent
- coaches, develops and motivates team members according to Capriotti’s training standards
- prepares team schedules focusing on operational excellence and cost management
- role models standards and maintains culture for delivering captivating service
- monitors compliance with health, safety and building maintenance
- prepares products following Capriotti’s specifications and quality controls
- maintains recipe integrity for consistent guest experience
- responsible for cash management and bank deposits
- monitors budgets, cost of goods sold, labor, payroll records and other financial transactions
- promotes salesmanship and suggestive-selling culture
- utilizes purchasing, inventory, receiving and waste-monitoring procedures
- participates in and promotes brand-wide and local marketing initiatives
- uses effective communication to foster positive relationships
- establishes environment of trust
