Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant management preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand walk bend reach kneel and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations ensuring quality speed and guest satisfaction
  • Lead and support team members through training coaching and hands-on guidance
  • Jump into any role as needed to keep the shift moving and the energy high
  • Manage shift schedules inventory and cleanliness to maintain brand standards
  • Help control costs by monitoring labor waste and food usage
  • Step up in the absence of the General Manager to run the restaurant with confidence
  • Keep communication strong between crew and leadership creating a positive team culture
