Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving experience
- Reliable transportation (not public transport)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the company
- Honest, energetic, and motivational personality
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and build effective teams
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Proficient in managing operational tasks and schedules
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and labor management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
