Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • minimum 1-2 years experience in logistics or related field
  • experience with movement and servicing of automobiles such as limousines, taxis, trucks, or buses
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • knowledge of ground transportation reservation software (Odyssey, Livery Coach, LimoWiz, Fastrak) is advantageous
  • valid violation-free driver’s license
  • must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
  • must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate
  • minimum 2 years related experience
  • strong communication skills for high-demand client interaction
  • computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • knowledge of ground transportation reservation software a plus
  • ability to multi-task effectively
  • valid violation-free driver’s license
  • pre-employment and random drug testing clearance
  • eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Oversee the dispatch department daily
  • coordinate vehicle utilization
  • dispatch more than 80 executive chauffeurs
  • provide direction and guidance to chauffeur base to minimize delays and service issues
  • maintain constant communication with chauffeurs, management, accounting, and reservations staff
  • schedule chauffeurs for the next day
  • monitor the daily schedule and assist the dispatch department
  • coordinate movement of vehicles for service and between offices
