Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- minimum 1-2 years experience in logistics or related field
- experience with movement and servicing of automobiles such as limousines, taxis, trucks, or buses
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- knowledge of ground transportation reservation software (Odyssey, Livery Coach, LimoWiz, Fastrak) is advantageous
- valid violation-free driver’s license
- must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- must be eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- minimum 2 years related experience
- strong communication skills for high-demand client interaction
- computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- knowledge of ground transportation reservation software a plus
- ability to multi-task effectively
- valid violation-free driver’s license
- pre-employment and random drug testing clearance
- eligibility to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Oversee the dispatch department daily
- coordinate vehicle utilization
- dispatch more than 80 executive chauffeurs
- provide direction and guidance to chauffeur base to minimize delays and service issues
- maintain constant communication with chauffeurs, management, accounting, and reservations staff
- schedule chauffeurs for the next day
- monitor the daily schedule and assist the dispatch department
- coordinate movement of vehicles for service and between offices
