Job Duties
- Inspire and support your team to provide excellent customer service

- ensure cleanliness and safety of the restaurant according to established guidelines
- assist in restaurant operations including inventory control and record keeping
- adapt to varying situations to support team performance
- resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns effectively
- provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to team members
- foster positive relationships with customers and coworkers
