Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience
- Experience in management preferred
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel and perform physical tasks consistently

Job Duties
- Manages inventory costs and performs daily, weekly and monthly inventory inspections
- Places and receives inventory truck orders
- Maintains and monitors a list of all restaurant assets
- Ensures preventative maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment
- Ensures adherence to cash control and security procedures such as safe counting and cash drawer management
- Addresses guest complaints through follow-up communications
- Motivates and directs team to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast and friendly service
- Partners with Restaurant General Manager to develop action plans for improving guest metrics
- Recruits and interviews potential employees
- Completes orientation and on-boarding for new employees
- Creates and manages staff schedules
- Develops shift leaders to enhance team performance
- Establishes positive restaurant culture
- Directs team for efficient and accurate product preparation and sale
- Ensures operational and brand standards compliance
- Monitors production planning and adjusts staffing as needed
- Implements action plans to address employee and operational issues
