Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience
  • Experience in management preferred
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to kneel and perform physical tasks consistently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience
  • Experience in management preferred
  • Some understanding of profit and loss interpretation and management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manages inventory costs and performs daily, weekly and monthly inventory inspections
  • Places and receives inventory truck orders
  • Maintains and monitors a list of all restaurant assets
  • Ensures preventative maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment
  • Ensures adherence to cash control and security procedures such as safe counting and cash drawer management
  • Addresses guest complaints through follow-up communications
  • Motivates and directs team to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast and friendly service
  • Partners with Restaurant General Manager to develop action plans for improving guest metrics
  • Recruits and interviews potential employees
  • Completes orientation and on-boarding for new employees
  • Creates and manages staff schedules
  • Develops shift leaders to enhance team performance
  • Establishes positive restaurant culture
  • Directs team for efficient and accurate product preparation and sale
  • Ensures operational and brand standards compliance
  • Monitors production planning and adjusts staffing as needed
  • Implements action plans to address employee and operational issues
