Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in food service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Duties
- Supervises and participates in product prep ensuring efficiency and quality
- Participates in analysis of food and labor costs
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of daily paperwork
- Assists cashier and counter staff during rush periods to maintain pizza preparation times of 5 minutes or less
- Assists in management of operations and staff while serving as a role model
- Runs the store on General Manager's days off
- Responsible for accurate and timely cash handling, cashier transactions, store safe, and bank deposits
